Q. Can we pick up the tables and chairs?
A: Unfortunately no, all our equipment is in storage with no access to the general public.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. When hiring tables and chairs only there is a minimum order of $50.00
Q. What are your delivery fees?
A. Please contact us for a delivery fee.
Q. What happens if we damage the equipment
A. If the damage is considered to be malicious then you will be liable for the full cost of repairs, transport costs associated with the repairs and the loss of business costs while the units are being repaired. We keep a record of the condition ofequipment and would advise you to check all items before the delivery person leaves, and note the problems.
Q. Are there Cancellation Fees?
A. No, however we do request a courtesy call to let us know.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, Little Ones Party Hire is covered for $10 million Public Liability Insurance.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. We accept cash on day of delivery or direct deposit 7 days prior to delivery.
